Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, banking, inventory-related accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.

• Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and file GST returns and maintain statutory compliance.

• Manage bank, payment gateway, and cash reconciliations.

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and other accounting documents.

• Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants.

• Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Tally Prime knowledge is mandatory

• Good knowledge of GST and TDS

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas

• Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation

• Knowledge of inventory accounting

• Good communication and organizational skills

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, trading, or distribution is an advantage

📍 Work Location: Royal Palms, Goregaon East, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month based on experience

Candidates with strong Tally + GST + Excel experience will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
