Accountant

Female Accounts candidate at an industrial factory in Singapura, Bangalore, should include core responsibilities such as day-to-day accounting, E-invoicing, export invoicing, bank reconciliation, sundry debtors payment follow-up, petty cash handling, payroll management, and GST & TDS e-filing. The role requires experience with accounting software TALLY PRIME , statutory compliance, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in systems TALLY PRIME.

• Generate, review, and process E-invoices and export invoices as per compliance guidelines.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.

• Follow up with sundry debtors for timely payments and maintain a record of outstanding dues.

• Handle petty cash transactions and verify supporting documentation.

• Manage payroll processing and record-keeping.

• Prepare, file, and maintain compliance for GST and TDS, including e-filing of statutory returns.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, audits, and other accounting projects as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Graduate in Commerce or Accountancy with 1–3 years of relevant work experience; prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing setup preferred.

• Proficiency with Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, time management, and communication skills.
