Accounts Cum Logistics Operations Executive

Location: Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time (Office Based)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience)
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
🔹 1. Accounts & Sale-Purchase Management
Maintain complete record of: Sale Invoices, Purchase Bills, Debit / Credit Notes
Entry of sale & purchase in accounting software (BillBook / Zoho or similar)
Maintain proper ledger records
Reconciliation of supplier & customer accounts
Pending payment follow-ups (Receivables & Payables)
Daily bank entry & transaction reconciliation
🔹 2. GST & TDS Compliance Support
Extract GST reports from portal
Assist in GST data reconciliation
Track outward & inward supplies
Maintain HSN-wise sale & purchase data
TDS entry & update in accounting software
Coordinate with CA for monthly compliance
🔹 3. Stock & Inventory Management
Maintain stock register in Excel
Entry of: Product Name, HSN Code & Serial Number
Track inward & outward material
Maintain dispatch & delivery record
Physical stock reconciliation
🔹 4. Invoice & E-Way Bill Handling
Prepare sale invoices
Generate E-Way Bills
Maintain delivery challans
Upload documents where required
Coordinate dispatch documentation
🔹 5. Logistics & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with: Vendors, OEMs, Transporters
Arrange freight & delivery
Manage small deliveries via: Porter, Local courier, Transport agencies
Maintain freight expense record
Track material in & out movement
🔹 6. MIS & Reporting
Maintain Excel trackers:
Stock Register
Sale-Purchase Summary
Payment Follow-Up Sheet
Prepare weekly summary report
Support management in audit preparation
*Preferred:*
Experience in IT Hardware / Electronics trading company
Experience in Govt / GeM related billing
Basic understanding of TDS & GST filing
*QUALIFICATION*
B.Com / Graduate in Commerce
Accounts background preferred
