Job Description

Position: Female Accountant

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 years relevant experience

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Proficient in Tally, handling invoicing, collections, expenses, payroll, finalization of accounts, and account reconciliation.

GST & Tax Compliance: Raising invoices, issuing debit/credit notes, GST payments, filing monthly/quarterly returns, handling ITC issues, TDS, advance tax, and firm ITR.

Labour Law Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT dues, and filings.

Finance & Banking: Government net banking transactions, obtaining online bank statements.

Strong English communication skills, academic excellence (10th to Graduation above 75%), and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferably residing within Central (up to Ghatkopar), Harbour (Kurla/Chembur), or Western suburbs (up to Bandra/Andheri).

Salary: up to ₹23,000 per month for experienced candidates (subject to PF and ESIC deductions)

Notice Period: 3 months

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Second & Fourth Saturdays and all bank holidays off
