Job Description

Hiring: Accounts & Finance Executive

📍 Location: Mumbai (Work From Home | Mumbai-based candidates only)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 In-Hand

Key Responsibilities

Raise and send invoices to clients

Follow up on outstanding payments

Maintain accounts and financial records

Record daily financial transactions

Prepare monthly revenue and expense reports

Track employee and vendor reimbursements

Prepare and monitor project budgets

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Chartered Accountants

Maintain proper financial documentation

Eligibility

Freshers can apply

0–2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Billing, or Administration is an advantage

Commerce graduates preferred (B.Com, BAF, BMS, or equivalent)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work From Home

Candidate must be based in Mumbai for occasional meetings
