💼 *WE ARE HIRING Accounts & Finance Manager*

💰 *CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA*

🕒 *Experience: 5–8 Years*

🏭 *Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Export*

📍 *Locations : COMPLEX, NEAR SAI POOJA HOTEL /HDFC BANK KALHER BRANCH
(15 Min from Majiwada & max 7-8 min walk from Kaseli toll naka)*

✅ *Key Responsibilities :*

• Manage complete Accounts & Finance operations

• Prepare Financial Reports, MIS & Budgeting

• Handle Banking, Treasury & Working Capital

• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Coordinate Internal & Statutory Audits

• Manage Export Finance & Documentation (Preferred)

• Monitor Costing, Inventory & Manufacturing Finance

• Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team

✅ Required Skills

• Strong Accounting & Financial Reporting knowledge

• Experience in GST, TDS & Income Tax Compliance

• Tally ERP/ERP Systems & Advanced MS Excel

• Excellent Leadership, Communication & Analytical Skills
