Job Description

The New U HR Consultancy

Hiring Male female – Accountant

Experience : 3 year

CTC : 5 LPA

Location : Chembur East

*Key Responsibilities

* Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledgers.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

* Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.

* Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related documents.

* Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.

* Process vendor payments and customer receipts.

* Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and variance analysis for management.

* Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

* Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

* Support inventory accounting and costing activities in coordination with production and stores.
