Job Description – Account Executive (5 to 15 Years Experience)
Position: Account Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 + years
Location:Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai

Industry: Exhibition Stall Designing
Key Responsibilities
· Record and maintain daily transactions including:
o Sales, purchases, expenses
o Payments and receipts
o Credit notes and debit notes
· Pass journal entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping
· Maintain and reconcile stock records
· Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements
· Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Record bank statement entries and perform bank reconciliation
· Generate sales and purchase invoices
· Create and manage E-Way Bills
Taxation & Compliance
· Calculate and manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax
· File statutory returns on time, including:
o Monthly & Quarterly GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
o GST set-off
o TDS Returns
o Income Tax Returns
· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 + years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in Tally ver 9.
Knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance regulations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
