Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other reports.

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.

• Monitor cash flows and prepare monthly reports for management.

• Assist with audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Prepare tax returns and assist with year-end closing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).

• Proven experience in accounting (1–5 years).

• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
