Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or finance

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks

• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Good attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
