Position: Corporate Tax Executive- Accounting

Roles:

• Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist in the calculation of tax provisions for financial reporting under applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).

• Support audits by tax authorities and prepare necessary documentation and responses.

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.

• Assist in the implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

• Maintain accurate and complete tax records and documentation.

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to gather required information and ensure tax compliance.

• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction reviews.

• Assist in managing indirect taxes (VAT/GST), withholding taxes, and other corporate tax-related matters as needed.
