Key Responsibilities

 Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial

records and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

 Transaction Oversight: Monitor accounts payable (AP) and

receivable (AR) transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and

closing processes.

 Reconciliation: Conduct account reconciliations to validate the

accuracy and integrity of financial data.

 Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data, identify trends and

anomalies, and present actionable insights to the finance team.

 Financial Reporting: Prepare timely financial statements, including

balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

 Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring,

providing variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.

 Tax Compliance: Support tax filings and ensure adherence to all

regulatory requirements.

 Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders

during audits and compliance reviews.

 Process Improvement: Identify and implement process

enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in

financial operations.

Qualifications

 Mandatory: Proficiency in tallysoftware.

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best

practices.

 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
