Accountant

Position Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 3 to 6 years in accounting and finance 
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai

About the Role:
Responsible for daily accounting, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, invoicing, MIS reporting, and supporting audits. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and statutory requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals)

• Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, accounts up to finalization

• Preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation, coordination with seniors for mismatch resolution

• TDS deduction, deposit, TDS returns, Form 16A; basic PF/ESIC/PT understanding

• Preparation of sales invoices, debit/credit notes

• Monthly MIS reports, management reporting, audit and year-end support

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in healthcare/TPA/service industry; exposure to audits and financial controls
