Accountant

 Ensure timely filing Challans of PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT within due dates.

• Handle Pan India Labour Law compliances.

• File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns under various Acts, including:

  • Shops & Establishment Act (S&E Act)

  • Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act (CLRA)

  • Bonus Act

  • Maternity Benefit Act

  • Employment Exchange Act

  • POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act)

  • ESIC filings

• Maintain and update monthly statutory registers.

• Prepare and submit forms under Gratuity Act, including Form A, Form B, and Form L.

• Track validity, renewals, and amendments of S&E Registration Certificates (RC) and CLRA RC.

• Support periodic audits related to statutory compliance.

• Maintain MIS reports related to compliance activities.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
