Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our client. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP

  • Handle GST-related activities including:

    • Preparation and filing support for GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, etc.)

    • GST reconciliation with books and portal data

  • Generate and manage E-way bills as per dispatch requirements

  • Manage banking transactions such as:

    • Recording bank receipts/payments

    • Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

    • Vendor/customer payments follow-up

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable entries

  • Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vouchers, and payment records

  • Assist in monthly closing activities and basic reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for statutory compliance support

  • Support audits by providing required documents and accounting data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally ERP

• Good working knowledge of GST, E-way bills, and invoicing

• Experience in handling banking transactions and reconciliations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
