Job Description

Position: Sr. Accountant

Qualification: B.com

Experience Level: 2 - 5 Years

Job Description: We are looking for Accountant with minimum experience of 3+ yrs working experience, with strong knowledge of accounting skills in service tax and finalization of accounts.

· Handling of day to day Finance operations

· Interaction with Banks and Vendors

· Preparation of monthly Debit Notes for expenses reimbursement

· Manage Labour Payments and monthly Cash payments

· Handle all statutory deductions and remittances to Govt.

· Maintain Purchase Orders & Processing of payments of approved transactions

· Conversant with Statutory laws, GST and TDS

· Capable of handling entire accounting up to Finalization of accounts

· Liaison with Auditors of the company and government body

· Preparation of Fund Flow / Cash Flow analysis

· Prepare Monthly Vendor and customer reconciliation reports

· Prepare & maintain Bank reconciliation statements and financial statements

· Ensure that all accounting is carried out with proper documentation as per accounting norms and practices
