Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Handle client queries and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Assist in invoicing, billing, and account-related documentation
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in account handling (preferred but not mandatory)
