Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Management
Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping
Record financial transactions accurately
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices and manage collections & payments
Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash/bank entries
Maintain petty cash and expense records
Prepare monthly financial reports
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Assist in Income Tax and audit work
Maintain vendor and customer accounts
Process salary entries, PF & ESIC (if applicable)
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of accounts
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting rules
MS Excel skills
Good attention to detail and coordination
