Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts using Tally.
Record day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain GST records, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation.
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Support in preparing financial reports and statements.
Handle basic compliance and documentation work.
Coordinate with seniors for audit and taxation-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Working knowledge of Tally.
Basic understanding of GST & TDS.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Fresher or candidate with up to 2 year of experience.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
