Accountant

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and manage books of accounts our client’s in Tally.

• To communicate with clients, their managers as applicable and meet their expectations.

• To coordinate with auditors in completing audit.

• To manage reconciliation of bank and cash.

• To be responsible for all the statutory deduction/payment/returns/audit.

• To participate in preparing the monthly P & L, Balance Sheet and Trial balance.

• To support in managing online statutory payments.

• To prepare MIS reports in desired formats.

• To handle filing and handling all legal documents of the company, e.g. contracts and other official docs. Tracking renewals, expiries etc.

• To carry out duties as instructed by seniors from time to time.

Qualifications :

• Graduate in BCom/BAF.

• Professional Certification in Tally and WINMAN.

Requirements:

• Latest working experience of 1-2 years with a CA firm only.

• Exposure of handling accounts of small or medium sized business independently would be valued.

• Age up to 28 years.

• Must be well-versed with bookkeeping and accounting in Tally. • Must have handled TDS, GST and ITR filing independently.

• Must have generated MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.

• Fair oral and written communication skills.

• Should be able to communicate with clients.

• Adaptable and street smart.
