Designation: Accounts Executive
Job Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records and files (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments, and financial statements).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinating with CA for preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and support other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Handle petty cash and expense claims.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good understanding of financial principles and statutory regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
