Job Description – Senior Accountant (Factory Setup)

Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Factory / Manufacturing Unit - Pawne , MIDC

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the complete accounting function of the factory unit, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).

• M.Com preferred.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

• Experience in inventory accounting and factory costing.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally / ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
