Job Description

Suddhim Designer is looking for a reliable Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. You will be responsible for recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing payment schedules, and handling payroll distribution. This role requires strong financial discipline, accuracy, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries, cash books, bank books, and ledgersTrack and record all company expenses and purchases across departmentsProcess vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash disbursementsManage and update daily cash flow statements and provide weekly reportsPrepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cost breakdownsCoordinate with internal departments for invoice verifications and approvalsDisburse employee payroll and maintain salary registers with compliance to TDS, PF, etc.Handle GST entries, voucher entries, and coordinate with external CA (if required)Maintain filing of all bills, receipts, payment proofs for audit readinessKey Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)Sound understanding of cash flow, expense tracking, and payroll processingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
