About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Student Counsellor to support students throughout their overseas education journey. This is an entry-level role where you'll receive training and guidance from our senior counselling team. We value excellent communication, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

What You'll Do

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.

• Assist students in selecting universities and courses based on their academic profile.

• Explain admission procedures, visa requirements, scholarships, and study loan options.

• Support students with application documentation and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with universities and international partners.

• Maintain student records and update the CRM/database.

• Respond to enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

• Assist with seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

• Ensure students receive timely updates throughout the admission and visa process.

• Work closely with the counselling team to provide excellent student support.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or administration (Freshers are welcome).

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Willingness to learn about international education and visa processes.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an overseas education consultancy.

• Knowledge of study abroad admissions or visa procedures.

• Sales or counselling experience.

• Passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
