Job Summary:

Subodhan Engineers Pune Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Accountant for their Baramati location. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting entries, Tally, ERP software, and day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and petty cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting entries in Tally ERP and company ERP.

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• Maintain accurate ledgers and prepare financial reports.

• Manage petty cash and daily cash flow statements.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in balance sheet preparation.

• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.

• Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

• Assist during audits and maintain required documentation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance.

• Experience in balance sheet preparation, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping.

Eligibility:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / DTL

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar accounting role
