 Job Description for Accounts Executive: -

·        Generating A/R Invoices, Delivery Challan, E Way Bill.

·        Accounting Incoming Payments, Journal Entries and adjust the corresponding A/R Invoices.

·        Accounting A/P Invoices, Expenses Voucher and outgoing payment as per due date.

·        Sales report, incoming payment report, Customer outstanding Report Preparation.

·        BRS, Documentation on daily basis.

·        Basic knowledge about Import, Export & must be knowledge in Tally Prime, SAP B1, MS Word, Excel.
