Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing processes, along with hands-on experience in GST and TDS filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) accurately and timely

• Provide audit support and assist in audit preparations

• Handle both external and internal audits, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

• Manage and ensure timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3

• Handle TDS deductions and filings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

• Oversee general accounting operations, including reconciliation and verifying financial transactions

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies

• Assist in reviewing and improving internal financial processes to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience (5 to 15 years) in accounting and taxation

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and auditing standards

• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with external and internal audits

• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
