Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP)

• Record and manage purchase entries, sales entries, and journal entries

• Create ASM (After Sales / After Dispatch Statements) after dispatch of materials

• Update and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details

• Coordinate with stores and dispatch team for material movement entries

• Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation

• Assist in GST data preparation (returns support, not filing responsibility)

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

• Support month-end closing and basic compliance work

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience as an Accountant

• Strong working knowledge of Tally

• Basic understanding of manufacturing accounting processes

• Knowledge of GST basics

• Proficiency in Excel

• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Education:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
