Job Description

Job Role:

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Prime, recording entries for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Calculate, prepare, and file periodic GST returns and maintain input tax credit (ITC) records.

Ensure correct deduction of tax at source (TDS) on applicable payments, process challans, and file quarterly TDS returns.

Conduct regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and reconcile ledger accounts with vendors and clients.

Assist in the preparation of monthly or annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.

Maintain statutory deductions and manage payroll records.
