Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments. • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, operational plans, and projects and follow-ups of leads. • Manage communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow. • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress, ensuring that deadlines are met. • Prepare Proforma invoices, PO, E-way Bills, Sales reports, presentations, and documents for management review. • Support the finance team in gathering data, monitoring expenses, and assisting in financial reporting. • Arranging meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives where appropriate. • Handle general administrative duties, including record-keeping, filing, and maintaining databases. • Handling Social Media
