Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible Accountant to assist the accounts team with daily financial tasks. The candidate will help maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support senior accountants in accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
Assist in preparing invoices and bills
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Maintain and update ledger entries
Help prepare monthly financial reports
Assist in bank reconciliation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Support GST, TDS, and tax-related work (if applicable)
Coordinate with senior accountant for audits and compliance
Required Skills :
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Good understanding of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
