Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team . The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers 15k to 20k Salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is HSC / Graduate and Minimum 1year. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to Tally ERP 9 And Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Financial Records:

§  This includes tasks like bookkeeping, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing the general ledger. 

Preparing Financial Statements:

§  Accountants create essential financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

Financial Analysis:

§  They analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and provide insights to management. 

Budgeting and Forecasting:

§  Accountants help create and manage budgets, and forecast future financial performance. 

Tax Preparation and Compliance:

§  They prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 

Auditing:

§  Accountants may conduct internal or external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

Financial Advice:

§  They provide financial advice to management and other stakeholders. 

Skills and Qualifications:

Accounting Knowledge:

§  A strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations is essential. 

Analytical Skills:

§  Accountants need strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends. 

Attention to Detail:

§  Accuracy is crucial in accounting, so attention to detail is a must. 

Communication Skills:

§  Accountants need to be able to communicate their findings effectively to various stakeholders. 

Technical Skills:

§  Proficiency in Tally Prime 6.2 accounting software. Microsoft Excel 2024 Advanced and ERP Software. 

Education: 

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting

Experience:

§ Minimum 1-year corporate experience
