Job Description – Back Office Cum Accountant
Position: Back Office Cum Accountant
Location: Indore
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and back-office activities.
Maintain accounts and transactions using Tally.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation in MS Excel.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Handle proper filing and documentation of bills, invoices, quotations, and other records.
Maintain sales and purchase-related data and records.
Coordinate with the sales and management team for documentation and accounts-related work.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform general administrative and back-office support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Good knowledge of quotation preparation and documentation.
Ability to manage filing and record-keeping systematically.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.
Ideal Candidate
A responsible and organized person who can independently manage accounting, Excel, quotations, filing, and day-to-day back-office work efficiently.
