we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, GST-related work, financial records, and payment transactions. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expense bills.
Prepare and verify GST invoices and reconcile GST records.
Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Track customer payments, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Maintain purchase orders, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Good communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Eligibility
B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply.
Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
