Accountant

• Register and manage company profile on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.

• Monitor daily tenders, bids, RFQs, and opportunities on the GeM portal.

• Analyze eligibility, scope, and requirements of each tender.

• Prepare and submit bids (technical and financial) within the deadline.

• Upload and manage product/service catalog on the GeM portal.

• Ensure compliance with GeM portal guidelines and procurement policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical) for bid documentation.

• Respond to buyer queries and clarification requests on the portal.

• Participate in reverse auctions and price negotiations as needed.

• Track tender status, corrigendums, and results.

• Maintain and update all required certifications (e.g., MSME, ISO, GST, PAN, etc.).

• Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback.

• Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups post-tender award.

• Stay updated with latest changes, updates, and features of the GeM portal.

• Train and assist team members in using the GeM portal effectively.
