Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime to handle day-to-day accounting activities and voucher entries.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry of accounting vouchers in Tally / Tally Prime
Recording sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers
Maintaining books of accounts and ledger entries
Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
Handling GST entries (basic knowledge preferred)
Maintaining invoices, bills, and accounting records
Assisting in monthly and yearly account closing
Supporting senior accounts staff as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Understanding of basic accounting concepts
Accuracy and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to manage documents and records properly
Experience:
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in accounting / voucher entry
Education:
B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related course (or equivalent experience
