Job Title: Accountant

We are urgently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day accounting for e-commerce transactions across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).

·         Reconcile payments from various gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.) and marketplaces.

·         Monitor and record marketplace deductions (returns, commissions, shipping fees, etc.).

·         Track and account for inventory movement and valuation.

·         Prepare and file GST returns and ensure overall tax compliance.

·         Generate monthly financial statements and reports.

·         Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and stock.

·         Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) for smooth accounting flow.

·         Support audits and maintain all statutory compliance.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·         2+ years of experience in e-commerce accounting.

·         Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to online sales.

·         Hands-on experience with payment gateway and marketplace reconciliation.

·         Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

·         Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

·         Knowledge of inventory accounting in a digital environment. Use accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks; familiarity with e-commerce ERP is a plus.
