Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, reconciliations, payments, receipts, data entry, and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.

• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and account statements.

• Handle payments, receipts, and petty cash management.

• Process and record invoice entries, expenses, and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate data entry of all financial transactions.

• Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and financial statements when required.

• Work with Advance Excel for reports, calculations, and data analysis.

• Assist in audits, compliance, and documentation.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Maintain organized and updated financial records.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.).

• Good understanding of accounting principles.

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Experience in a similar accounting role preferred.
