Full Time
· Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience in the Transport/Logistics industry.
· Strong knowledge of GST, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Input Tax Credit (ITC) Reconciliation, and E-Way Bill.
· Good understanding of TDS provisions, including TDS accounting, deduction, applicable sections, and their accounting impact.
· Hands-on experience in Vendor and Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
· Experience in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and Inter-Company Reconciliations.
· Sound knowledge of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet preparation, ledger scrutiny, and financial statement heads.
· Ability to perform Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
· Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
· Proficient in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel, is must including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, and other reporting formulas.
· Strong knowledge of vendor invoice verification, accounting entry, invoice booking, and payment processing.
· Experience in vendor management, including resolving accounting and payment-related queries.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.
