Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

• Handle daily accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Reconcile GST, TDS, PF, ESI, vendor payments, and government filings.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal audits.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor expenditure and prepare cost accounting reports if required.

• Maintain proper documentation and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

• 2–5 years of proven accounting experience (Freshers can apply for junior roles).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax filing, and Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail / wholesale / export-import / manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of inventory and cost management.

• Experience handling bank financing or LC documentation (preferred).
