1. Tally Clerical Functions To The Accounts And Sales Departments

a. Tally prime entries: Sales/Purchase/ Payments/Receipts

b. Exporting reports from Tally

c. E-way bills

2. Maintaining Stocks in Sheets

a. Sales/Purchase

b. Renting inventory

c. AMC inventory

3. Maintaining challan books

a. Outward

b. Inward

c. Vouchers/couriers

4. Coordinating with customers through Email /phone / Whats up communication for

a. Payment follow-up

b. Order follow-up

c. Agreement renewal

d. Repairing approvals

5. Coordinating with management/ officials/ staff through Email /phone / Whats up communication to update

a. Oversee day-to-day office tasks as well as In-house/ onsite calls

b. To maintain and manage the books of accounts accurately
