Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team to ensure smooth financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, data entry, and ledger maintenance.

• Handle Tally for recording transactions, preparing vouchers, and generating financial reports.

• Maintain and reconcile petty cash accounts and ensure proper documentation of expenses.

• Prepare and process salary calculations, including statutory deductions.

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payments and invoices.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles in Pharma Industry.

• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), and general accounting practices.

• Experience handling petty cash and salary processing.

• Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
