Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to maintain and examine our company’s financial records. The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in financial reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing transactions, helping with budget forecasting, and liaising with external auditors or tax authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow reports). Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help guide financial decision-making. Prepare and submit tax returns, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with relevant financial laws or standards. Provide assistance during internal and external audits. Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Keep up to date with accounting standards, regulatory changes, and best practices. Prepare reports and present financial information to management. Other duties as assigned (special projects, ad-hoc financial analysis).
