🧾 Position: Accountant (Pharmaceutical Distributor)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily bookkeeping & accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses).

Handle GST, Purchase Bills, and Bank Reconciliation.

Prepare Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Monthly Reports.

Track payments, collections, and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with store & billing team for stock reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.

✅ Requirements:

Experience in pharmaceutical distribution accounting preferred.

Knowledge of software.

Familiar with GST, credit/debit notes, and expiry return adjustments.

Strong accuracy, time management & reporting discipline.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
