Job Description

Shivtirtha Infra Private Limited is a growing construction and building materials company based in Keshavnagar, Mundhwa, Pune. We specialize in supplying high-quality AAC blocks, gypsum products, tile adhesives, and essential construction materials to builders, contractors, and individual homeowners.

Candidates with working knowledge of Tally will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments).
Prepare invoices and manage billing records.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash verification.
Assist in GST documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with the sales team for outstanding payments and collections.
Prepare basic financial reports such as sales summaries and expense statements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

Practical working knowledge of Tally (mandatory/preferred).
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
