Job title and summary Job Title: Accountant – Manufacturing Company Shiva Asphaltic Products Pvt. Ltd.

Summary: Stock tally on daily basis. Responsible for day‑to‑day accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and preparation of financial and cost reports.

���Key responsibilities : Manage daily accounting: sales, purchase, journal vouchers, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

�� Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing, including preparation of trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and supporting schedules for the plant.

��Maintain inventory and stock accounting: raw materials, WIP and finished goods, Credit Note and Debit Note including GRN posting, issue to production, consumption booking, stock reconciliation and control of stock variances.

��Prepare MIS reports.

��Knowledge of Bill of Entry & Export Import Documents

���Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

��2–5 years of experience in accounting; prior experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.

��Proficiency in ERP or accounting software (such as Tally etc.) and strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
