Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, etc.)

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally/ERP

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory filings

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries

• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com)

• Proven work experience as an accountant (1–3+ years preferred)

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company

• Knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
