About Us:
Shakti Tools and Hardware Store is a trusted supplier of quality tools, hardware, and electrical equipment. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers for billing and payments.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (retail or hardware industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation rules.
