Accountant

Company Profile: Satopradhan Private Limited is looking for an Accountant for it's sister concern company- VecRas Creations Private Limited which is a digital graphics and design company based in Amritsar, Punjab. Here we craft vector cutfile templates, PSD Mockups and other design oriented services. We are looking for a professional accountant who can help us maintain the financial health and compliance of our company.

Job Summary: The accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports and ensuring the company's compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations using net banking portals and accounting software.

• Ensure statutory compliance, including the timely filing of GST returns (including knowledge of RCM), TDS, EPF, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contributions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounting (Freshers can also apply)

• Proficiency in accounting software. Proficiency in Zoho Books is a plus.

• Familiarity with online banking and payment gateways
