Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

• TDS compliance:

  • TDS calculation (Salary, Professional fees, Contractor, Rent, etc.)

  • Filing of TDS Returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q)

  • Generation of Form 16 & 16A

  • TDS reconciliation with Form 26Q / TRACES

• GST work:

  • GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

  • GST registration, amendment, cancellation

  • GST reconciliation & compliance

• Income Tax work:

  • Preparation & filing of IT Returns (Individual, Firm, Company)

  • Handling basic Income Tax notices

• Audit support:

  • Assisting in statutory audit, tax audit

  • Preparation of audit schedules & working papers

• Client coordination:

  • Collecting data from clients

  • Follow-ups for documents & compliance

• Maintaining proper books of accounts

• Ensuring timely statutory compliance

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST & Income Tax

• Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel

• Familiar with Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, TRACES

• Basic understanding of Audit & Compliance

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ability to work independently in CA Firm environment

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in CA Firm

• Knowledge of ROC / MCA compliance

• Handling multiple clients simultaneously

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
